Dr. Leah Coutts

Dr. Leah Coutts is a Boston native and went to Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA where she received her degree in Behavioral Neuroscience. Pursuing her passion for patient care, she received her doctorate of dental medicine (DMD) at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Monica Moon

Dr. Monica Moon grew up in the Northern Virginia area, having graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST) and then from the University of Virginia (UVA). At UVA, Dr. Moon graduated with honors and majored in both Chemistry with a Biology specialization and also Psychology. Dr. Moon then graduated with multiple honors from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

Dr. Alicia Yim

Dr. Alicia Yim was born in Alexandria Hospital and grew up in Northern Virginia. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned her degree in Fashion Merchandising and continued her post-baccalaureate studies at George Mason University. Later she attended the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dental Hygienist: Rachel

Rachel loves being a dental hygienist and getting to know each patient at our office. Originally from Georgia, Rachel is finding the NoVA and greater DMV area to be an exciting place with lots of wonderful people from all backgrounds and interests.

Rachel is fantastic at helping patients achieve their hygiene goals as well as sharing the latest in dental hygiene ideas and habits with each patient.

Dental Hygienist: Rebecca

Rebecca graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Rebecca worked in North Carolina for several years, and especially enjoyed seeing military service personnel from the local military bases in North Carolina. Rebecca relocated to Northern Virginia several years ago, where she immediately joined our dental team.

Rebecca and her family are enjoying the Northern Virginia area and the many wonderful opportunities the area affords.

Patient Coordinator: DJ

DJ has been in the dental field for over 10 years, first as a dental assistant and now in the front office team. She's also a proud member of the American Association of Dental Office Management. One of DJ's passions is to help patients achieve happy smiles through her complex role as a Patient Coordinator.

Outside of work, DJ loves spending time with her family and young son. Despite her busy schedule as a full-time staff and mommy, she is diligently pursuing an MBA degree and is enjoying the journey. Additionally, DJ enjoys event planning, among other challenging hobbies and activities.

Dental Assistant: Renata

Renata is a Dental Assistant and enjoys learning new skills and meeting new people. Renata is originally from Brazil but is truly enjoying her time and experience in the U.S. Renata is passionate about care giving, and always has a smile on her face as she works with each patient to make sure that they are well cared for. When she's not working with our team in the office, she enjoys singing, interior decorating, and volunteering for various community projects.

Dental Assistant: Frances

Frances is a very experienced Dental Assistant, having entered the field at a very young age. Frances is funny, witty, and charming -- all in addition to being a very seasoned and proficient dental assistant. Frances makes the incredibly complex job of being a dental assistant look easy -- which helps to comfort patients who may otherwise be anxious about having dental treatment.

Dental Assistant: Andrea

Andrea has been working as a dental assistant for over 3 years and has also been pursuing her studies. She recently graduated with her associates in Social Science. Andrea loves dentistry so much, where she gets to interact with amazing patients on a daily basis, making them healthier and happier through dentistry.

Andrea hopes to finish her preparation for hygiene school so that she can continue her passion for dentistry as a dental hygienist. Andrea loves spending time outside the office by going to the gym, hiking, binge-watching horror series, and spending time with her family.

Dental Assistant: Melanie

Melanie loves helping our patients - both adult and younger patients. She also has a love for all types of animals, as well as spending time with outdoor activities.

Melanie strives to make each patient feel comfortable duing their time at our office. One day, Melanie will attend hygiene school so she can continue her love for dentistry and helping patients.

Outside the office, Melanie loves spending time with her two dogs, as well as painting.

Clinical Assistant: Janise

Janise is an integral part of our clinical team. Janise has a plethora of experience in all types of fields, and brings that experience to our team making her a solutions-oriented clinical assistant. Janise loves spending time with her large family, especially with sports including travel soccer.

Patient Coordinator: Gabby

Gabby recently joined our team after graduating from the College of William & Mary with a B.S. degree.

She loves interacting with patients and her co-workers and brings a calm but confident presence to each interaction. Gabby also bring the same energy to her group of friends, and loves spending time with them and her family.

She is passionate about serving at her church as an assistant Sunday school teacher.

Gabby is interested in learning different languages and also likes playing guitar. Gabby is also an avid foodie - just tasting and not necessarily cooking.
